Acceptance of Terms
By using Bambu Stock Alerts ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
Bambu Stock Alerts is a best-effort notification service that monitors Bambu Lab filament stock availability and sends email or SMS alerts to subscribers when stock status changes. The Service is operated by Hurst Product Lab.
Bambu Stock Alerts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bambu Lab. "Bambu Lab" and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Best-Effort Service
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Alert delivery — Alerts may not be delivered due to email filtering, carrier issues, network outages, or other technical factors beyond our control.
- Alert timeliness — There may be delays between a stock change occurring and an alert being sent. Stock may sell out before you receive or act on an alert.
- Alert accuracy — Stock information is obtained from publicly available product pages and may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated.
- Service availability — The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons without prior notice.
You acknowledge that receiving an alert does not guarantee product availability at the time of purchase.
SMS Alerts and Payments
SMS alert subscriptions require a minimum donation of $3/month, processed through Stripe. This donation helps cover the cost of SMS delivery and service operation.
- The donation is recurring and will be charged monthly until canceled.
- You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your alerts page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- SMS alerts are subject to a daily message cap to manage delivery costs.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or for alerts that were not delivered due to technical issues, as the payment is structured as a donation to support the Service.
- Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply in addition to the subscription donation.
Email Alerts
Email alerts are provided free of charge. You may subscribe to as many email alerts as you wish. Email delivery depends on third-party email infrastructure and your email provider's filtering policies.
Donations
One-time donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations support the ongoing operation and development of the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of this website or its APIs, whether by automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) or manual bulk collection.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Access or attempt to access the Service's APIs, databases, or infrastructure in any unauthorized manner.
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit stock data, alerts, or any other information obtained from the Service.
- Create competing services using data obtained from the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Register with false or misleading information, or register multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and data associated with the Service are the property of Hurst Product Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hurst Product Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Any failure or delay in alert delivery.
- Any inaccuracy in stock information.
- Any purchases made or not made based on alerts received from the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing from all alerts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
